All our courts have been designed with the advice of players on the professional circuit.
The manufacturing of the structure is carried out in our workshops, with the maximum quality control measures and is certified by our team of engineers.
They present the mesh flush with the glass with hidden anti-injury tips, WPT type track exits and a net post with hidden tensioning.
Also worth highlighting are some highly designed lighting posts, which include state-of-the-art 200 W spotlights.
METALLIC STRUCTURE
- Corners: 4 units of 80.80 cold galvanized corner tube with 10 mm anchor plates and bevel. Upper Bottoms: 120.60 cold galvanized tube.
- 8 units of 80.60 cold galvanized tube with 10 mm anchor plate and bevel.
- Lighting poles 3 meters high, made up of 80.60 mm metal tube and “L”, “C” or curved tube, up to 6 metres.
GLASS
- 18 Spanish-made glasses, EN-12150-2 - 12 mm SECURIT tempered glass, CE certified [All large size 2,995 x 1,995 mm].
- Polished edges and countersunk drill in one approved piece. Protected with 5 mm anti-vibration neoprene foam, in conjunction with frames.
- Polymer placement to avoid long-term contact between the crystals.
- Screws and parts for stainless steel glass. Pieces for glass joining with an exclusive design structure.
TIGHTS
- 8 electro-welded meshes of 3x2 framed with 30.30 and 30.20 square tube with curved tips.
- 4 “L” shaped meshes for access hole. 14 2x1 electrowelded meshes, very clean and exclusive design. The entire mesh system complies with the regulations established by FIP.
